JOB TITLE: Marketing Co-ordinator - Events

LOCATION: King's Lynn

HOURS: 37 hours per week

SALARY: £29,534 - £30,508 per annum

AVAILABLE FROM MID SEPTEMBER 2026 FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE

This is an exciting opportunity to get some marketing event experience as part of an experienced, established team. As Marketing Co-ordinator - Events, you will lead the planning and delivery of a range of events across the academic year. These events include our prestigious graduation, our staff and student awards and other celebratory events. The role is also responsible for co-ordinating most of our first line recruitment events such as open days which form the important first impression of potential students and their influencers. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with creative execution, requiring someone who can build strong relationships, is driven to ensure the best customer experience, and ensure all events aligns with the organisation's objectives and brand values.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Marketing team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
