What You’ll Do
At Elekta: Join Elekta's Global Brand and Creative team as a Brand & Creative Content Intern for 12 months and play a key role in bringing our brand to life. Supporting global campaigns, creative content development, and marketing initiatives, you'll collaborate with teams across the business while gaining valuable experience in brand marketing, content creation, campaign coordination, and creative operations in a dynamic international healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of global brand campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Create, adapt and repurpose content across multiple channels, including social media, email, presentations, video and web.
- Assist with drafting and editing content for campaigns, internal communications and marketing activities.
- Coordinate campaign assets, toolkits, templates and content resources to support consistent brand execution.
- Maintain and organise creative assets, content libraries and brand templates across digital platforms.
- Support content localisation, adaptation and workflow processes to enable scalable global campaigns.
- Explore AI-powered tools and identify opportunities to improve content reuse, marketing efficiency and campaign delivery.

What You’ll Bring
- Studying towards, or recently completed, a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Design, Journalism or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A genuine interest in brand marketing, content creation, campaign delivery and creative operations.
- Strong written, verbal and editing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Interest in creating engaging digital and video content for marketing and social media channels.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A digital-first mindset, including an interest in AI tools, marketing technology and content workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; experience with Adobe Express, Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or video editing platforms is beneficial.
- A proactive, collaborative and eager-to-learn approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global team environment.

Work Pattern
- (you are required to work from the Crawley HQ 4 days a week with 1-day WFH)
