We're looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Business Partner to join us on FTC. You will act as the strategic link between our central Marketing function and divisional teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver impactful marketing and communications activity that supports business growth, strengthens our brand, and enhances stakeholder engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and deliver insight-led marketing and communications plans aligned to divisional objectives and the wider One Culina strategy.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, events, email, and print channels, ensuring measurable results.
  • Create engaging content that translates complex information into compelling stories and supports our value proposition.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing expert advice and strategic guidance.
  • Identify and drive PR, media, and thought leadership opportunities to raise Culina's profile across key sectors.
  • Monitor campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise activity and demonstrate impact.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a marketing, communications, or PR role, with a track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience managing events, agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
