Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Responsible to: Marketing Manager
Salary: Grade 8, Point 15–18, starting salary £28,605 pro-rata (2026 pay award pending)
Contract: Part-time (25 hours per week), permanent, all year round
Location: Hybrid, based at Beauchamp College, Oadby, with travel across Trust schools.
About the Role
Join Lionheart Educational Trust's central marketing team and play a key role in supporting schools across the East Midlands. As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you'll deliver dynamic marketing campaigns that support pupil admissions, strengthen school reputations, and engage communities.
No two days are the same. From updating website content, writing prospectuses and admissions communications, offering social media guidance, and analysing campaign performance, you'll provide hands-on support for a hub of schools and help bring their stories to life.
We're looking for a creative, organised, and adaptable marketer with strong communication skills, an understanding of marketing principles, and a passion for delivering impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic marketing campaigns that support pupil admissions, strengthen school reputations, and engage communities.
