Role Overview
We help merchants, acquirers, shoppers and travellers navigate the complex world of international payments. What began 30 years ago as a way to get international shoppers their money back has grown into something far bigger, today we're digitising, modernising and upgrading the payment processes that power commerce across the globe. With employees in 60+ countries, Planet is an international payment services provider helping businesses exceed the needs of their customers, everywhere.
That's where you come in. We're looking for a sharp Product Marketing Associate ready to take the next step in their career.
Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, you'll take real ownership of how we bring Planet's products to market, turning what we build into stories that win. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Campaign Marketing and GTM, shaping product positioning, helping to drive launches, and arming our commercial teams with the materials they need to close.

What You'll Do
- Own positioning and messaging for assigned products, packaging complex solutions into clear, compelling stories the market actually remembers
- Help drive go-to-market activity for new product and feature launches, coordinating across marketing, GTM and product teams to land them well
- Build the sales arsenal, including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, case studies and demo narratives that help our teams win
- Turn product and performance data into sharp insights and customer stories that prove the value Planet delivers
- Lead the creation of polished, high-quality customer-facing presentations from brief to final slide
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the payments and fintech landscape, feeding competitive insight back into GTM planning
- Be the guardian of quality, helping to make sure every product-facing material aligns with Planet's brand, vision and strategy
Who You Are
- 3+ years in product marketing, GTM or a related role, ready to step up into greater ownership
- Experience or a genuine passion for the payments, fintech or financial services sector preferred
- Hungry and proactive: you don't wait to be told, you spot the opportunity and run at it
- A natural storyteller who can turn the technical into the irresistible, in writing and on a slide
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with an eye for design and detail that makes your work stand out
- Strong analytical instincts and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
