About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Communications Executive, reporting to the Senior Communications Manager.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering effective email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns
- Creating engaging content
- Coordinating projects across multiple countries
- Supporting our telecoms, insurance, and energy business units
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with sales, customer service, and commercial teams to deliver a consistent and compelling customer experience globally.
- Role type: Permanent (Office-based, Monday–Friday)
- Location: Radius Campus, Crewe, Cheshire
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Devise, execute, and manage campaigns aligning with business objectives
- Support the development and automation of marketing campaigns to attract, retain, or engage customers
- Use A/B testing and performance data to optimise email content, design, and automation for maximum engagement
- Prepare and communicate clear campaign briefs and assets, ensuring adherence to project deadlines
- Maintain brand consistency across all external communications and materials
- Create engaging content via email, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Build and nurture stakeholder relationships at all levels, including cross-functional and international teams

Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
✅ A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a marketing, content, or communications role, preferably in a B2B environment ✅ Project management and stakeholder engagement skills, ideally in a multinational context ✅ Knowledge of email marketing best practices and experience with CRM tools (familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus) ✅ Basic HTML knowledge (or a willingness to learn) ✅ Strong communication skills, with excellent written abilities and keen attention to proofreading and content quality ✅ A creative thinker with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
