Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and creative marketing professional to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across the business. This role is ideal for someone earlier in their marketing career who has a genuine passion for all things marketing and is eager to develop across multiple disciplines.
Working closely with the Marketing Lead, this person will play a key role in ensuring marketing communications are consistently delivered across digital and traditional channels. The successful candidate will be highly organised, creative, hands-on and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This role will allow the senior marketing function to focus on longer-term planning, campaigns, brand development and external agency management, while ensuring the day-to-day execution of communications remains consistent and high quality.

Outline Job Description
Marketing Communications
- Create and distribute customer email communications.
- Produce and schedule social media content across chosen platforms.
- Deliver marketing communications across chosen offline channels.
- Assist with internal communications activity.
- Report on campaign performance.
- Record results for follow-up and send required actions to the sales team.
Content Creation
- Design flyers, brochures, presentations (internal & customer), and other marketing collateral.
- Support photography and video creation for campaigns and social media.
- Write engaging copy for emails, social posts, website updates and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing output as set by the marketing lead.
Other Support Activities
- Update website content and product information.
- Support SEO and other digital activity where required.
- Liaise with suppliers, printers and external agencies.
Person Specification
- Clearly demonstrating the 3 characteristics of an ideal team player – Humble, Hungry and Smart.
- Based in Kent with our Maidstone office as the base to work from – there are options to have certain days working from home.
- Willing and able to travel around the UK to visit customers, other stakeholders, and our other office in Peterhead, Scotland.
- Previous experience in the NHS & Healthcare sector would be very helpful.
- Ability to deliver timely results.
- Don’t need to have a degree, just a good work ethic and willingness to learn fast and always go the extra mile!

Skills Specification
- Skilled and experienced in creative writing (short-form and long-form).
- Experience using social media channels and up to date with the latest trends with the ability to translate them into practical ways of using them in business.
- Familiar with and actively using AI platforms to create and/or fast-track content generation.
- Experience in email marketing and how to use it throughout the marketing lead funnel to generate leads for sales.
- Basic understanding of SEO techniques and how to apply them in business.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite platforms with the ability to create quality graphics, do basic edits of photos, and create final outputs for communications.
