Marketing & Communications Executive

Healthy Horizon — Lisbon's first evidence-based longevity club
Part-time · Hybrid (Lisbon, with on-site days at the club)

About Healthy Horizon

Healthy Horizon is Lisbon's first evidence-based longevity club, built on three pillars: Science, Ritual, and Community. We bring members advanced treatments, diagnostics, and protocols alongside a calendar of rituals and events. Our voice is restrained, authoritative, and warm. Everything we publish is in English.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on marketing executor to grow the club. Your goal is to increase membership and drive use of our treatments, using our channels and campaigns as the engine to get there. This is a doing role. You will keep our channels active every week, run marketing campaigns end to end, produce in-club and printed communication, and launch new platforms as we grow. You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships & Growth and report into the founding team.

The role is part-time and hybrid, combining on-site days at the club in Lisbon with remote work.

What You Will Do

  • Instagram
Manage @healthyhorizon_lisbon end to end: plan and schedule posts, write captions in our voice, publish Stories and reels, engage with comments and DMs, and grow the community. Build and run Instagram campaigns, including reels, Story sequences, and DM automations tied to launches and events.

  • WhatsApp channels
Manage weekly communication across our two WhatsApp channels, one for members and one for non-members. Draft and send updates, event reminders, and campaign messages, adapting tone and content for each audience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
