Marketing & Communications Executive

We are looking to expand our Marketing team with an enthusiastic and passionate Marketing and Communications Executive to support all things creative! As an Executive, you’ll help build brands, develop creative marketing initiatives, and make a visible contribution to our business right from the start.

You’ll be diving into a multitude of aspects within marketing, utilising your academic knowledge and fusing it with hands-on, fast-paced experience. You’ll receive support and development from the marketing team, collaborating closely on a range of projects across multiple business concepts.

Usual Tasks

  • Coordinate and deliver marketing and communication activities across a range of channels.
  • Lead and deliver market research campaigns.
  • Support social channel content and help to increase engagement.
  • Implement promotions and special offers across various audiences and industries to support business growth.
  • Complete various marketing admin tasks.
  • Monitor and evaluate the results of communications and marketing activity.
  • Build trusted relationships and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, or a degree in Marketing.
  • Strong organisational skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An eye for creativity and design.
  • Knowledge of how to use data and insight to contribute to the evaluation or marketing activities.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Drive.
  • Ideally, some experience with photo editing or design software (not essential).
  • A full UK driving licence to enable travel to client sites across the UK when required (not essential).
  • Be versatile, adaptable, keen to learn and dive into multiple aspects of the department.
