Company Description

Radius offers fuel cards, telematics, vehicle leasing, EV charge points, telecoms, and more to businesses globally.

Established in 1990, we're trusted by over 470,000 businesses to help them grow and become more productive. With over 3000 colleagues across 5 continents, our people are critical to our success as we develop new innovative products across a growing range of businesses.

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Communications Executive on a 12-month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave, starting October 2026.

Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering effective email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns, creating engaging content, and coordinating projects across multiple countries.

The majority of your work will support our thriving telematics business unit.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on marketing within a fast-paced environment, and who can hit the ground running to maintain continuity across our campaigns and projects. You'll work closely with sales, customer service, and our commercial teams to deliver a consistent and compelling customer experience globally throughout the contract.

In-person collaboration is very important to us. This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday from our Radius Campus head office in Crewe, Cheshire.

The onsite facilities are excellent, including a gym, changing rooms, café, barista bar, and multiple breakout areas.

Learning and development remain a priority even within a fixed-term contract — in this role, the learning opportunities include working towards a certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud during your time with us.

Your responsibilities day to day will include:

  • Devise, execute, and manage campaigns that align with the business objectives
  • Support the development and automation of marketing campaigns designed to attract, retain, or engage with our customers
  • Use A/B testing and performance data to optimize email content, design, and automation for maximum engagement
  • Prepare and communicate clear campaign briefs and assets, ensuring adherence to project deadlines
  • Maintain brand consistency across all external communications and marketing materials
  • Create engaging content via email, WhatsApp, and SMS
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels, as well as collaborate with international teams
  • Ensure a smooth handover process at the start and end of the contract to maintain continuity of campaigns and stakeholder relationships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
