Your Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Communications Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives for our Testing Services business. In this pivotal role, you will position our brand as a trusted partner in the biopharma and pharmaceutical industries. You will drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation through innovative marketing strategies that make a measurable impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive, omnichannel marketing and communications plan that aligns with our business objectives and delivers a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support our commercial goals.
- Conducting competitive reviews and market analyses to refine our messaging and enhance our market positioning.
- Planning and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Creating high-quality marketing assets that showcase our expertise.
- Leading digital marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize our strategies continuously.

Who You Are:
- You have a strong background in marketing communications, preferably in the Testing Services or life sciences industry.
- You possess proven experience in developing and executing omnichannel marketing and communication plans that deliver measurable business impact.
- You are skilled in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM strategies and social media engagement.
- You have a track record of developing high-quality marketing assets such as brochures, whitepapers, and videos.
- You are adept at conducting competitive reviews and market analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- You have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using KPIs.
- You are a creative thinker, continuously exploring innovative marketing strategies and tools.
- You have strong communication skills and can foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
