Marketing Communications Manager – Europe High Tech Division
As part of the European High-Tech team, the Marketing Communications Manager will lead integrated marketing communications growth strategy and execution to support growth in Ecolab’s high-tech business, with a focus on data centers and microelectronics markets.
This role partners cross-functionally to drive demand, support commercialization, and equip the sales organization with the messaging, tools, and campaigns needed to win in complex, technical markets.
The role will report to the European High Tech Marketing Director, partnering with the divisional marketing team, global and Europe center of expertise.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business strategy and growth priorities
- Translate technical solutions into compelling value propositions, messaging, and customer-facing content
- Lead demand generation and campaign activation across digital, paid, owned, and earned channels
- Create sales enablement tools (presentations, case studies, solution briefs, campaign assets) to support commercial success
- Support commercialization of new products, services, and digital solutions in partnership with marketing, sales, and RD&E
- Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform messaging and campaign strategy
- Manage agency partners to deliver high-quality creative and execution on time and within budget
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and integrated execution
- Events, media and thought leadership including trade/industry events, media engagement, technical content and thought leadership

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing communications experience, including integrated campaign ownership
- Experience in data center, microelectronics, or other high-tech/industrial markets
- Proven ability to work effectively across a matrix organization with global and regional teams, balancing regional needs with enterprise priorities to drive aligned execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to simplify technical concepts
- Experience across digital channels (web, email, social, paid media)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting commercialization of technical products, services, or digital solutions
- Strong B2B marketing experience in complex, technical environments
- Experience in value proposition development and go-to-market execution
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools

Compensation Range:
The annual pay range for this position is 75,300-94,200-113,100 EUR. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
