Position

BJF Group is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our marketing and communications activity across the business during a period of maternity leave cover. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our brand, communications, events, and marketing campaigns, helping to support business growth, employee engagement, and client relationships.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in marketing and communications, excellent content creation and copywriting skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Experience with social media, website management, events, and business development support would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing internal and external communications.
  • Creating engaging content for websites, social media, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Supporting bids, tenders, and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinating exhibitions, events, and client engagement activities.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all divisions.
