Our consoles, outboard gear and technologies have helped create some of the world’s most iconic music, films and performances, and continue to be regularly first choice for recording studios, artists and audio professionals across the globe.
We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to help us tell that story.
This isn’t simply a marketing role. It’s an opportunity to become an ambassador for an iconic British brand, working with customers, recording studios, educators, journalists and partners to promote the people, products and innovations that continue to define AMS Neve.
You’ll join a focused, friendly and experienced sales and marketing team within a privately owned company that believes in long-term relationships - with our customers, our staff and our partners. We’re not driven by venture capital or short-term targets. We invest in quality, innovation and the people who make our business successful.
The Role
As Marketing Communications Manager, you’ll be responsible for promoting the Company and its brands of Neve and AMS across a wide range of channels and audiences. Working closely with our sales, commercial and product teams, you’ll create engaging content that showcases our products and the people who use them, strengthening our relationships with professional and high end recording studios, educational institutions and our worldwide network of partners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
