Through our global campaigns, partnerships and thought leadership, our work brings together governments, businesses and organisations across the world to drive climate action at scale.

About the role

We are seeking a Communications and Marketing Manager to lead the communications delivery of our Roadmaps Project, alongside supporting wider organisational communications activity.

This role will play a central part in shaping and delivering compelling, high-quality communications that support the successful rollout and impact of our global Roadmaps work – a key part of our 2025-2027 strategy. The role requires particular strengths in PR, content creation, and digital storytelling. The postholder will also manage web content for the project, ensuring content is engaging, accessible and aligned with SEO best practices.

The role will also lead communications for WorldGBC’s European BuildingLife project, overseeing the development and delivery of integrated communications to support its objectives. The postholder will ensure BuildingLife messaging is clear, compelling and aligned with wider organisational priorities, helping to drive engagement and impact across the project and its links to WorldGBC’s global Roadmaps project.

The Communications and Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing and Communications and work closely with the Marketing & Communications team along with programme and regional leads to deliver integrated, high-impact communications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
