Marketing & Communications Manager
This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation operating within a technology-led and regulated market on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing and communications activity that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Working closely with commercial, product, and leadership teams, the successful candidate will create and execute campaigns, develop compelling content, and help strengthen the organisation's market presence.
Hybrid working - Berkshire - 3 days a week in office, 2 from home
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing and communications plans aligned to business objectives.
- Define target audiences, customer personas, and value propositions.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage lead generation activity including content, email, search, social media, and events.
- Create marketing collateral, thought leadership content, case studies, and customer communications.
- Support PR, media relations, and wider brand-building initiatives.
- Manage website and digital content, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support positioning and campaign activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support commercial objectives and business growth.

Skills & Experience
- Proven B2B marketing and communications experience.
- Strong understanding of campaign management, lead generation, and content marketing.
- Experience using CRM, CMS, and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to combine strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Degree educated or equivalent experience. Professional marketing qualifications would be advantageous.
