Team Overview
The Marketing team is responsible for promoting and strengthening Alternative Heat’s brand, reputation, services, and expertise to targeted markets and clients. Through strategic campaigns, digital presence, content creation, and event management, they build awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. Collaborating closely with all business functions, the Marketing department ensures our company’s unique value proposition is effectively communicated to help drive engagement, recruitment through employer branding and market expansion.
Role Overview
The Snr. Marketing and Communications Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver and execute marketing strategies. This is a hands-on, varied role covering content creation, campaign delivery and market research which enhances brand visibility, and strengthens the market position. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening market presence, shaping how the business is positioned externally while also supporting employee engagement through internal communications and employer branding activity.

- Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
- Friday 8am-3pm

What You'll be Doing
The role is responsible for leading and delivering the organisation's digital marketing and communications strategy, managing the company website, social media channels, and overall digital presence to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and engagement. It involves leading and supporting the marketing team, developing content strategies and calendars, creating and overseeing engaging digital content, and using analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. The position also requires researching market trends and competitor activity, providing strategic marketing recommendations, supporting internal communications, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives, and collaborating across departments to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, presentations, bids, proposals, and wider Group marketing activities while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
