We're looking for a proactive Compliance Officer to join our Risk and Compliance team in a fast-paced online gambling business. You'll work closely with Marketing and Operational teams to provide practical, solutions-focused compliance support, helping the business deliver campaigns, promotions and player experiences in a compliant and responsible way. The role also covers data protection and wider compliance operations.
We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail and a collaborative, can-do approach, who can take a pragmatic and balanced view of compliance, applying appropriate guardrails while supporting the business to achieve its commercial and operational objectives.
What You Will Do
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in a compliance or regulatory role, within gambling or a wider regulated industry.
- Previous experience in marketing compliance is essential, including reviewing and approving marketing materials against regulatory requirements.
- Good understanding of UK gambling regulation and/or advertising compliance requirements, including CAP/ASA Codes.
- Ability to take a pragmatic and balanced approach to compliance, helping teams navigate risk while supporting business objectives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, practical and proportionate advice.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Proactive, collaborative and positive, with a willingness to take ownership and develop in the role.
