Job Title: Marketing Consultant — Diagnose & Design
Location: Solihull, UK (near Birmingham) - Hybrid
Duration: 3+ Months Contract to Hire
Job Description:
Essential:
- Proven experience diagnosing and redesigning a marketing function, ideally taking a fractured or under-structured team to a disciplined, measured operating model
- Direct experience in Property, PropTech, or a closely adjacent regulated/B2B data-and-analytics sector — fluency in customer and regulatory language from day one is essential
- A genuinely hands-on approach: this is audit-and-build work, not slide-based advisory
- Strong stakeholder management, with the credibility and sensitivity to work alongside an existing team and leadership from week one
- A track record of building measurement discipline — pipeline and revenue-linked reporting, not vanity metrics
- Comfortable diagnosing team culture and cross-functional working, not just process — and building recommendations that address both
- Experience designing account-based and segment-led marketing approaches, ideally spanning both public sector and private sector customer types

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
