Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Consultant Expert
Job Type: Contract
Location: Remote
Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex marketing datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and enhance AI-driven marketing models.
- Create detailed rubrics and frameworks using advanced marketing knowledge to assess model performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Deliver high-quality, articulate written and verbal communications to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
- Guide the customer's team in best marketing and consulting practices to optimize campaign outcomes and business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements relevant to marketing.
- Continuously iterate on consulting approaches to maximize impact in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a closely related role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear business insights.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, campaign assessment, and consulting methodologies.
- Proficiency in interpreting marketing metrics and leveraging data for model improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
- Proactive mindset, always seeking innovative ways to drive results and foster collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
- Average of 7+ years of professional experience in marketing consulting or related field.
- Background in training, evaluating, or deploying AI-driven marketing tools or technologies.
- Advanced certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or AI applications in marketing.
