Marketing Content Administrator

Daventry: 37.5 Hours Per Week, 12-Month Initial Contract, 5 Days On Site

Are you a creative content creator with a passion for the automotive industry, social media, and digital storytelling?

We're recruiting for an exciting Marketing Content Administrator opportunity with one of the most recognised brands in automotive care. This is your chance to join a business with an incredible online presence, boasting over 400,000 followers across its social channels and generating more than 30 million video views, giving you the opportunity to create content that reaches a huge and highly engaged audience.

This role offers the perfect balance of creativity and coordination, allowing you to create engaging digital content while supporting exciting marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, trade shows, and events throughout the year.

The Role

As the key support to the Marketing Lead, you'll play an integral role in the day-to-day running of the marketing department while helping to deliver engaging content across digital platforms.

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

  • Create, film, and edit engaging short-form video content, with opportunities to support longer-form content projects
  • Capture photography and visual content for marketing campaigns
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, to produce high-quality content
  • Support the Digital Executive with content creation and campaign activity involving influencers and the wider brand community
  • Contribute fresh ideas for social media and digital marketing initiatives

Marketing Administration

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Lead
  • Organise courier bookings and product shipments
  • Manage sample stock requests and replenishment
  • Raise purchase orders and support invoice and payment processes
  • Maintain marketing calendars, events schedules, and campaign planning activities

Events & Brand Engagement

  • Attend and support marketing shows, exhibitions, and events throughout the year
  • Assist with event planning and execution
  • Represent the brand at industry events and customer meetings
  • Travel to events and shows as required, particularly during peak periods

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry
  • Experience creating video content with strong videography skills
  • Basic photography knowledge
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • Photoshop
    • Lightroom
    • Premiere Pro
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • A confident and professional communicator
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Additional Information

  • Travel required to events, shows, and customer meetings (approximately twice per month during peak season)
  • Peak season typically falls between May and August
  • Expenses will be reimbursed in line with company policy
