Great content starts with expert insight. Great marketers know how to bring it to life.
We're looking for a talented Marketing Content & Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. If you're a creative B2B marketer who loves turning ideas into engaging content, this could be the role for you.
At WorkNest, every webinar, guide, case study and campaign starts with expert knowledge. Your job will be to maximise the value of that content - transforming it into engaging social media posts, videos, web content and campaign assets that strengthen our brand, engage employers and support lead generation.
Why join us
WorkNest supports over 50,000 organisations worldwide, combining smart technology with expert advice across Employment Law, HR, Health & Safety, Cyber Security, ISO and Compliance services.
As part of the Axiom GRC group, we're investing in our marketing function to support ambitious growth plans. This is an opportunity to play a key role in how our content reaches employers, helping us tell better stories, maximise campaign impact and showcase the expertise that makes WorkNest a trusted partner.
What We Offer
- Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum
- Excellent benefits package
- Hybrid working - 2 days in our Aldford office and 3 days from home
- The opportunity to play a key role within a growing, technology-driven business
- A collaborative, supportive team where your ideas will make a real impact
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a commercially minded B2B content marketer with around 2+ years' marketing experience who enjoys creating engaging content across multiple channels.
You'll be someone who naturally thinks beyond a single asset. When you see a webinar, you'll see LinkedIn posts, short-form videos, customer emails, website content and campaign assets. When a new guide is published, you'll already be thinking about how it can be repurposed to maximise its reach and impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
