About Gourmaze
We create tech-powered food adventures across the city. Over the last 4 years, we’ve built something people genuinely love and now we’re ready to grow. After finding product-market fit in London, in May 2025, we launched in Singapore to validate the model in a new city/country. We have just completed our fundraising round so we can commence our long-term goal of expanding into more cities and ultimately building a globally trusted brand. Right now, it’s just the two Founders, our Founders Associate, and a small freelance team. We’re looking for someone hands-on, sharp, and excited to help shape what comes next.
The role
You'll work directly alongside the Founders, owning workstreams that keep the business running and playing your part in enabling the company to grow. This is a broad, hands-on, generalist role for someone who loves making content, getting out into the city, and helping a young brand grow. You'll own the day-to-day of our social media and content, support our marketing and events, help drive reviews and word-of-mouth, and pitch in on the operational and admin work that keeps everything running.
We want someone who's happy behind a phone camera and confident putting themselves out there, speaking with customers, testing ideas, and spreading the word. We're looking for someone with good ideas alongside the energy and initiative to execute.
What you'll do
Social media & content
- Monitor and manage our brand presence on social media
- Manage our Instagram and TikTok day to day - planning, posting, and keeping the grid and stories alive
- Ideate, plan and create short-form video and image content (filming, editing, designing)
- Write copy for posts, captions, emails, blogs, and campaigns in Gourmaze's voice
- Help shape a content strategy: what we post, when, and why
- Support paid marketing initiatives with content
- Get out on the street to film (if that’s what works!), interview people, capture reactions, and create the kind of authentic content that travels

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
