Marketing & Content Coordinator
We are looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our Tatcha team in the UK.
Role Summary
The Marketing & Content Coordinator supports the execution of Tatcha’s marketing and communications activity across brand campaigns, content, and influencer programmes. The role is responsible for managing user-generated content (UGC), coordinating marketing operations, supporting campaign delivery, and providing operational support across relevant functions.
Responsibilities & Duties
Creator Content & UGC
- Own the UGC programme using Duel (or equivalent) to source high-quality content for paid and retail channels.
- Identify and recruit new UGC creators aligned to brand and campaign objectives.
- Manage creator outreach, briefing, and content approvals via the platform.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to optimize future content.
- Identify emerging content trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Recommend UGC and creator concepts for upcoming campaigns.
- Share competitor creative examples.
- Research and identify brand-aligned influencers for organic & UGC coverage.
Brand Marketing
- Own and maintain the UK Marketing Masterplanner.
- Coordinate branded asset requests with Global and Design Hub teams.
- Manage the Product Detail Page (PDP) briefing process.
- Cascade global toolkits, key product messaging, and claims to cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate NPD sample requests with Global Product Marketing and Supply Chain.
- Represent UK market requirements during toolkit development where required.
- Manage central marketing product inventory.
- Support beauty boxes when required.
- Support delivery of consumer events and brand experiences.
- Coordinate product send-outs and campaign logistics.
- Research competitor activity, media trends, and creator opportunities.

Reporting
- Support reporting across influencer and marketing activities.
- Research and track competitor activity, media trends, and creator opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend content opportunities.
Budget
- Raise purchase orders.
- Maintain budget & accrual trackers.
- Support invoice processing and finance administration.

- Proven experience in a similar role ideally minimum 2-3 years.
