Content Marketing Manager | Manchester | £42,000–£45,000 | Permanent
We’re hiring a hands-on Content Marketing Manager to join our team in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for a confident content marketer who enjoys owning campaigns, writing strong copy and making a visible impact across email, social, digital content and webinars.
What you’ll be doing
Campaigns and Content
- Planning, writing, and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital
- Managing the content calendar and ensuring a consistent, high-quality output across all channels
- Writing compelling copy that reflects the Orwins brand voice and speaks to a professional services audience
- Creating digital assets and content to support business development activity across practice areas

- Building and deploying email campaigns in HubSpot, from copy and design through to send and reporting
- Maintaining data quality and working within HubSpot to ensure campaigns go out accurately and on time
Social Media
- Owning the firm’s social media presence across relevant platforms, primarily LinkedIn
- Developing and scheduling content that builds brand visibility and supports BD objectives
- Monitoring engagement and reporting on performance
Webinars and Events
- Project-managing and hosting webinars and digital events end-to-end
- Coordinating speakers, content, promotional campaigns, and post-event follow-up communications
Agency Management
- Briefing and managing external creative and content agencies where relevant
- Ensuring external output is on brand, on brief, and delivered on time
What we’re looking for

- Experience in a multi-channel content or marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone for different channels.
- Hands-on email marketing experience; HubSpot would be a strong advantage.
- A good understanding of LinkedIn and what makes professional content perform well.
- Someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in professional services, legal or financial services would be useful, but is not essential.
