About Neptune Digital
Neptune Digital is an award-winning UK software consultancy. Our 30-strong team of developers, product owners, and data analysts builds the bespoke systems that run real businesses - CRMs, stock and logistics platforms, customer portals, and AI-powered workflows - for clients including The FA, the McLaren F1 Team, the British Olympic and Paralympic Associations, and South East Coast Ambulance Service. We've delivered over 100 projects, won two Claris Excellence Awards, and we ship fast.
How fast? In the last few months, we have delivered over 20 systems to some of the UK's largest brands. The problem? Almost nobody knows about any of it.
We have a growing backlog of genuinely remarkable customer stories, and no one telling them. That's where you come in.
The Role
You'll be joining Neptune's fast-growing marketing team, with your role focusing on owning Neptune content end-to-end: finding the stories inside our projects, capturing them, producing the assets, and publishing across every channel. This is a doer role, not a strategist role. You'll help with direction - but you'll spend most of your week making things: case studies, technical blog posts, customer stories, white papers, LinkedIn content, video and photo assets, and website copy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Our rule: one project should never produce one piece of content. When we deliver something like the TeamGB, TheFA, or Formula1 systems, we'd expect you to be on-site capturing it — then turning it into six months of material: a flagship case study, a partner case study submission (with the backlinks that come with it), a sports-sector page for the website, a series of LinkedIn posts on individual features, and technical deep-dive blogs on how we built it.
What You'll Do
- Own the content calendar and pipeline - plan content capture before projects go live, not after the moment has passed
- Embed with our delivery team - interview engineers, attend go-lives, and translate technical work into stories that customers, prospects, and search engines understand
- Produce a high volume of quality content - case studies, white papers, blog posts, customer stories, LinkedIn posts, web copy, and the visual assets to support them
- Work AI-natively - use tools like Claude as a force multiplier across drafting, editing, repurposing, and asset production, with your own judgement and quality control on top
- Optimise for how buyers actually find us now - AI-driven discovery (AIO/GEO) as well as traditional SEO, so our work surfaces for both people and AI assistants
- Run partner marketing - Claris, Zebra case study submissions, co-marketing, backlinks, and directory presence
- Build repeatable systems - so every project we deliver automatically generates marketing value, without reinventing the process each time
