Job Title: E-Commerce Digital Marketer / Content Marketer / Marketing Content Specialist (multi-lingual)
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
General Company Overview
Market leading, international manufacturing and supply company.
Core responsibilities
- We are looking for a multi-lingual (at least 3 European languages) energetic and self-motivated, entrepreneurial builder
- You love SEO/SEA, automation and API, web tracking, mail flows, lead scoring, A/B testing, improving acquisition marketing through behavioral psychology
- You can successfully manage multiple campaigns for multiple brands at the same time
- You set up digital campaigns on several platforms and define corresponding objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- You translate campaign strategies into tracking and tagging solutions
- You create landing pages, call-to-actions, update website pages, and optimize websites to improve conversion rates
- You create, test, iterate and scale campaigns across channels & countries and determine where advertising budget should be allocated
- You love to experiment in cycles: plan, build, execute, learn
- You’re a quick learner who can adapt to new platforms and trends
- You have an open but also data-driven mindset and enjoy sharing knowledge with your team on a frequent basis
- Translate web, email and social media data into business insights and recommendations based on a wide array of online marketing tools
- Maintain Data Studio dashboards to visualize the data in a way that is comprehensive and actionable

Credentials & Experience
Essential:
- Related degree (desirable but not essential)
- A very optimistic and positive attitude
- Multi-lingual (at least 3 European languages)
- Professional profile
- Can work independently with a good sense of urgency
- Confident, self-motivated with high energy levels
- Flexible working hours and the option to work from home
- Excellent verbal and good written skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Package & Salary
- Competitive Salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
- 25 holidays + bank holidays
