Salt are partnered with a global digital marketplace organisation and they are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
Location: London (2 days per week in the office)
Pay: £150-240 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 12 months
About the Role
This role sits within a regional partnerships team focused on supporting and growing supply across European markets. You’ll play a key role in managing partner relationships, onboarding new accounts, and ensuring a smooth experience for partners joining and operating on the platform.
The position blends account management, operational support, and project delivery. You’ll work closely with regional managers to support high-priority partners while also managing a larger portfolio of smaller accounts through scalable, data-driven approaches.

- Build, manage, and grow relationships across a portfolio of partners, including high-touch support for key accounts and scaled support for a large base of smaller partners
- Support the onboarding of new partners, ensuring a seamless and efficient setup process
- Manage compliance-related processes such as KYC checks for partner accounts
- Respond to partner queries, troubleshooting issues and delivering timely, high-quality support
- Execute strategies to effectively manage and optimise a high-volume account portfolio
- Educate partners on product updates and gather feedback to share with internal stakeholders
- Use data insights to identify growth opportunities and improve account performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Take an innovative, proactive approach to developing engagement and optimisation strategies

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in account management, partner support, or similar client-facing roles
- Background in hospitality, travel, or hotel operations is advantageous but not essential
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients and driving engagement and growth
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person channels
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar is beneficial)
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
