About The Job
Provide hands-on coordination and administrative support for Greenjets' external marketing and communications activity. Working with the Head of Product & UX, Commercial team, and external partners, you will execute campaigns, manage events, coordinate communications, and keep our marketing operations running smoothly. This is an execution-focused role for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support a fast-growing scale-up.

What You'll Do
- Support the Head of Product & UX with brand execution and content creation.
- Help update the website, produce marketing materials, gather customer stories, and keep brand messaging consistent.
- Prepare materials for events and campaigns.
- Manage logistics for trade shows and conferences, including stand bookings, travel, materials, budgets, and timelines.
- Assist with marketing campaigns by scheduling content, managing lists, tracking engagement, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Support internal communications by preparing staff updates, announcements, and maintaining internal channels.
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM records, manage the marketing calendar, prepare campaign briefs, and organize marketing assets.
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Director, including scheduling, correspondence, coordination, and presentation preparation.

Desirable Qualifications, Experience & Attributes
- A methodical, organized approach to work and genuine enthusiasm for supporting a growing business.
- Strong written communication — ability to draft briefs and basic content that can be refined by others.
- Practical experience in marketing administration, events coordination, or similar role (or equivalent work demonstrating these skills).
- Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, project management software).
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Some familiarity with B2B or regulated sectors is a plus, but willingness to learn matters more.
- Curiosity about innovative technology (you don't need technical expertise, but interest and willingness to understand our market is valuable).
