The Victoria is the flagship casino of the Grosvenor brand and is one of the top casinos in the UK.
We're looking for a creative professional with a passion for marketing to fuel our strategic initiatives and bring a touch of excitement to the casino industry.
As a Casino Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting senior leadership with delivery and execution of local marketing initiatives to meet visitation and financial targets.
You will have a diverse set of responsibilities, spanning across online and offline marketing channels, promotional activities and organising top class events.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive customer engagement and footfall.
- Create compelling content across social media, email, SMS, website, and digital channels.
- Plan and execute memorable customer events, entertainment, and venue activations.
- Partner with operational teams to bring local and national marketing initiatives to life.
- Ensure all marketing materials, signage, and communications remain on-brand and up to date

What We’re Looking For
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of urgency
- Confident, engaging, and comfortable in a customer-facing role
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Results driven and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proactive attitude - keen to get involved and make an impact
- Marketing experience (2 years +) and relevant degree preferred
Desirable Experience
- Experience in the casino/gaming industry or event management
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools and platforms
- Good knowledge of social media marketing and managing content.
