Up to £30,000 per annum

Onsite 40 hours a week, hours 12-8pm

Flexibility required for weekends & some bank holidays

The Victoria is the flagship casino of the Grosvenor brand and is one of the top casinos in the UK.

We're looking for a creative professional with a passion for marketing to fuel our strategic initiatives and bring a touch of excitement to the casino industry.

As a Casino Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting senior leadership with delivery and execution of local marketing initiatives to meet visitation and financial targets.

You will have a diverse set of responsibilities, spanning across online and offline marketing channels, promotional activities and organising top class events.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive customer engagement and footfall.
  • Create compelling content across social media, email, SMS, website, and digital channels.
  • Plan and execute memorable customer events, entertainment, and venue activations.
  • Partner with operational teams to bring local and national marketing initiatives to life.
  • Ensure all marketing materials, signage, and communications remain on-brand and up to date

What We’re Looking For

  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of urgency
  • Confident, engaging, and comfortable in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Results driven and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proactive attitude - keen to get involved and make an impact
  • Marketing experience (2 years +) and relevant degree preferred

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in the casino/gaming industry or event management
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Good knowledge of social media marketing and managing content.
