Hybrid – 2 days in the office

Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our day-to-day marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who has a solid foundation across multiple marketing channels and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team to help plan, deliver, and track campaigns across digital and offline channels.

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and events
  • Coordinate content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Manage and schedule social media content, ensuring consistency in tone and brand
  • Support website updates (e.g., uploading content, basic CMS management)
  • Help manage email marketing campaigns (build, test, send, and report)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies or suppliers
  • Assist with event planning, webinars, or trade shows
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research
  • Support lead generation initiatives
  • Contribute ideas for content themes, campaigns, and storytelling opportunities
  • Support workflow and automation setup for email and nurture campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role (generalist preferred)
  • Relevant Degree level education preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong initiative and confident creative thinker
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, web, SEO)
  • Experience using HubSpot preferred
