Marketing Coordinator | Investment Banking

A leading international investment firm is looking for a switched-on Marketing Coordinator to join its small, high-performing Communications & Marketing team. What You’ll Do
- Campaign support - Help deliver multi-market marketing and brand activity
- Presentation prep - Create polished decks and materials
- Digital content - Update websites, newsletters, and social channels
- Channel upkeep - Keep digital platforms fresh and engaging
- Reporting - Track digital performance and support insights
- Event coordination - Assist with planning and logistics
- Supplier liaison - Work with agencies to ensure quality output
- Research - Provide insights to support marketing and comms
- Admin & tracking - Maintain documentation and progress trackers

- 2–4+ years’ experience in marketing/comms, ideally B2B or professional services
- Solid Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and WordPress skills
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational ability
- Comfortable with CMS, analytics tools, and social platforms
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Confident, proactive, detail-driven
- Professional, polished, and great with stakeholders
