Job Opportunity: Marketing Coordinator
We are currently recruiting a Marketing Coordinator based in Farringdon, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. This position would suit a recent Graduate looking to begin their career.
You will primarily focus on the FOW brand, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, FOW to provide day-to-day support across marketing campaigns, the FOW website, and marketing data practices.

You will also collaborate with the wider Marketing Team, which is collaborative and forward-thinking. Joining us means developing your skills and knowledge alongside colleagues keen to test new ideas and improve how we work.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing campaigns (FOW)
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Build and schedule email and social media campaign assets
- Assist with campaign administration, including CRM updates and list segmentation
- Support the creation of landing pages and campaign collateral
- Help pull data from Google Analytics, email, and CRM platforms for regular reporting
- Assist in tracking key marketing KPIs
Website support (FOW)
- Assist with day-to-day content updates to the FOW website
- Publish new web pages in line with brand guidelines
- Add something here about SEO work on the website, as well as Google Analytics
Broader marketing activities (FOW and other Derivia brands)
- Where required, support marketing activities for other Derivia brands
- Support good practice in marketing data management, helping to keep records accurate and up to date
- Assist with routine data cleaning and segmentation tasks

Required Experience and Skills
Experience & skills
- Comfortable using, or keen to learn, marketing automation platforms (ideally Pardot)
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
- Interest in developing reporting and analytics skills (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel)
- Exposure to B2B marketing, whether through an internship or entry-level role, is desirable but not essential

- Good attention to detail, particularly for campaign and data accuracy
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive and collaborative, with a willingness to work across teams and embrace new processes
