Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator

Location: Holdcroft Motor Group Head Office

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and someone who thrives on keeping projects running smoothly?

Holdcroft Motor Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our central marketing team. This is a varied role where you’ll support campaign delivery, manage digital updates, coordinate events, and work closely with agencies and external partners to ensure marketing activity stays on track.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the main contact for our web agency, managing website updates and digital requests
  • Keeping website content, imagery, and marketing assets up to date
  • Coordinating influencer activity, product placements, and brand events
  • Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, email communications, and social media assets
  • Maintaining marketing calendars, project trackers, and key deadlines across the Group

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years' experience in a marketing or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Good communication skills with the confidence to work with agencies and suppliers
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and experience with CMS or project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana
  • Full UK driving licence
