Initially based in our Dunstable head office, while you learn the role and get to know the team, after 12 weeks the role will transition to a hybrid role with 3 days a week based in our Dunstable, Head Office with 2 days a week working from home.

As Savers continues to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Commercial Marketing team!
As a Marketing Coordinator superstar at Savers you will coordinate and deliver Savers' print marketing activity across the store estate, ensuring all customer-facing communications are executed accurately, on time, and in line with brand guidelines. The role will act as a key guardian of the Savers brand, driving consistency across all printed materials while supporting initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement and store traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Print Marketing Management
- Own the end-to-end delivery of print marketing materials across the Savers estate.
- Coordinate the production of POS, leaflets, window posters, shelf-edge communications, promotional materials and new store marketing assets.
- Work closely with internal design teams, agencies and printers to ensure artwork is delivered accurately and to agreed timelines.
- Manage print schedules and critical deadlines, ensuring materials are available for promotional launches and business initiatives.
- Liaise with Operations, Supply Chain and Distribution teams to coordinate delivery of marketing materials into stores.
- Monitor marketing stock levels and support replenishment planning where required.
- Manage print marketing budgets and contracts.

Brand Governance & Compliance
- Act as a guardian of the Savers brand, ensuring all marketing materials align with approved brand guidelines.
- Review artwork, POS and marketing communications to ensure consistency of tone, messaging, visual identity and customer proposition.
- Work with suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders to maintain high standards across all customer-facing assets.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of Savers brand guidelines and marketing best practice.
- Ensure marketing activity complies with legal, regulatory and company requirements.
Brand Awareness & Local Marketing
- Support the development and execution of brand awareness initiatives designed to increase customer consideration and footfall.
- Coordinate campaigns supporting new store openings, refits, store milestones and local marketing opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the Savers brand presence within local communities and key catchment areas.
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging retail trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Assist in measuring campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Stakeholder Management
- Work collaboratively with Buying, Commercial, Operations, Online, Property and Supply Chain teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Become the key marketing contact for print-related projects and store communication requirements.
- Manage relationships with agencies, printers and external suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding timelines, approvals and campaign progress.
Reporting & Administration
- Produce reports on print marketing performance, spend and campaign delivery.
- Support campaign evaluations and post-implementation reviews.
- Maintain organised marketing records, artwork libraries and project documentation.
- Support wider Commercial team activity and undertake ad-hoc projects as required.

What You Will Need
- You’ve got marketing experience under your belt, and if that’s within Retail or FMCG, even better!
- You’re super organised, great at keeping projects moving and love bringing everything together on time.
- You’ve got a brilliant eye for detail and take pride in getting things spot on.
- You’re comfortable juggling lots of deadlines and know how to prioritise when things get busy.
- You enjoy working with different people across the business, as well as external partners and suppliers.
- You understand how print production and artwork approvals work, and you’re confident keeping things on track.
- You’re a clear communicator who can influence, build relationships and bring people with you.
- You’ve got a commercial mindset and always keep the customer at the heart of what you do.
- You’re confident using Microsoft Office to keep work organised, accurate and easy to share.
Desirable But Not Essential
- You’ve worked with retail POS or promotional marketing before, brilliant if you have, but don’t worry if not.
- You understand what makes a great brand and how to keep things looking and sounding consistent.
- You’ve briefed creative agencies or suppliers before and know how to get everyone moving in the same direction.
- You’re comfortable looking at campaign results and spotting what we can learn for next time.
- You’ve supported local marketing or brand awareness campaigns and enjoy helping bring a brand to life.
