Marketing Coordinator – External Engagement Team (Cambridge, London & Bristol)

Responsibilities

You will support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, create and manage marketing content, and contribute to projects that promote our company and services.

This hands-on, varied role includes:

  • Assisting with events, collaborating with other teams
  • Developing skills through ongoing training and real-world responsibilities
  • Juggling varied tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary

  • £26,250 per annum (outside London)
  • £28,860 per annum (in London)
  • Higher starting salary available for candidates with significant experience

About the Role

Costello Medical is a fast-growing, B Corp-certified medical communications firm driving industry innovation. As Marketing Coordinator in the External Engagement team, you’ll play a central role in shaping company messaging across global teams.

Key Tasks

✔ Supporting strategic marketing campaign planning & execution ✔ Crafting digital content for LinkedIn, email marketing and HubSpot ✔ Updating the company website (WordPress) ✔ Assisting with business development (marketing materials, events) ✔ Collaborating with designers on creative content briefs ✔ Analysing marketing metrics & reporting on performance ✔ Coordinating client & company events (some occasional travel) ✔ Providing admin support to the team

Requirements

About You

You’re proactive, eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork and career growth in healthcare-centric corporate marketing.

Essential

▪ Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, English) or equivalent marketing qualifications/experience ▪ Business-minded attitude with a desire to grow in a structured B2B/corporate marketing setting ▪ Strong organisation & prioritisation skills ▪ Experience with digital tools (LinkedIn, HubSpot, WordPress) + willingness to adapt to new systems ▪ Exceptional communication & writing skills with high attention to detail ▪ Ability to collaborate, tailor messaging for diverse audiences ▪ Basic Microsoft Office proficiency + comfortable handling data
