Job Description:

Engineering Trust Training (ETT) is a small organisation with a big impact, and we're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team.

Whether you're a recent college or university graduate looking to start your career in marketing or communications, or you already have some experience in a similar role, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone with fresh ideas, a willingness to learn and the confidence to get involved in all aspects of marketing.

As part of a small team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, help shape our marketing approach and take ownership of delivering engaging campaigns across a variety of channels. You'll create content, manage social media, support events, maintain our website and help promote the fantastic work we do across the engineering and education sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, build a varied portfolio and make a real impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of ETT's multi-channel marketing and communications strategy.
  • Create engaging content for a range of audiences, including social media posts, videos, photography, blogs, newsletters and promotional materials.
  • Manage ETT's social media platforms, planning and publishing regular content while monitoring engagement and responding where appropriate.
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising and email marketing.
  • Maintain and update website content, ensuring information is accurate, engaging and accessible.
  • Promote apprenticeship opportunities, training programmes, employer services and corporate events.
  • Capture content at events, learner activities and employer visits.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect ETT's brand, values and tone of voice.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to identify marketing opportunities and success stories.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
