Marketing Coordinator, Newcastle (Hybrid)

£26,000 - £32,000

We’re looking for a hands on Marketing Coordinator to support our client’s campaigns, content, and events across a fast growing tech business. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and help turn technical ideas into clear, engaging marketing that drives brand awareness and supports growth.

What you’ll do in the role of Marketing Coordinator:

  • Support multi-channel campaigns across social, email, SEO, PR, and industry media
  • Write and edit content for blogs, case studies, newsletters, web pages, and social channels
  • Translate technical product details into simple, benefit-led messaging
  • Create graphics and marketing releases using Canva (or similar tools)
  • Help plan and deliver product videos, demos, and promotional content
  • Research and coordinate industry events, exhibitions, and speaking opportunities
  • Manage logistics and promotion for conferences, webinars, and company events
  • Keep the website updated (WordPress) and support SEO improvements
  • Carry out competitor and market research
  • Support internal communications across the business.

What you’ll ideally bring to the role of Marketing Coordinator:

  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong writing skills and confidence creating content from scratch
  • Ability to simplify technical information for non-technical audiences
  • Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems
  • B2B social media experience
  • Ability to create basic graphics and marketing materials
  • Experience updating websites (WordPress ideal)
  • Strong organisation and project management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or offshore wind
  • Video content experience
  • Event coordination experience
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, and WordPress
