Supporter Marketing Coordinator
Location: London, UK
Contract: Permanent, Full Time — 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Hybrid, with a minimum of 40% of working time spent face-to-face in the London office, at external meetings or travelling
Salary: £34,894 per year

Overview
Our client, an international purpose-led charity, is seeking a highly organised Supporter Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of impactful fundraising and supporter engagement campaigns.
Working within the Supporter Marketing team, you will help coordinate campaign plans, budgets, data, reporting and stakeholder activity. You will work closely with campaign managers, internal departments and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with coordination, administrative or operational experience who is looking to develop a career in marketing, fundraising or supporter engagement. You will gain hands-on experience across campaign delivery, performance reporting, financial administration and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of supporter marketing activity, ensuring timelines, actions and key milestones are achieved.
- Support major fundraising and supporter engagement campaigns, including seasonal appeals and regular giving programmes.
- Work with campaign managers to deliver defined elements of marketing activity, including assets, approvals and data requests.
- Coordinate weekly campaign performance reporting and prepare clear summaries to support decision-making.
- Manage purchase orders and invoicing, ensuring expenditure is accurately recorded, tracked and compliant with internal procedures.
- Maintain campaign trackers, project plans and team workflows to provide clear visibility across departments.
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams, including Digital, Finance and Brand, as well as external agencies and suppliers.
- Support the continuous improvement of team processes, systems and ways of working.
- Contribute to an inclusive working environment and uphold the organisation’s safeguarding responsibilities.

Requirements
Essential
- Experience in a coordination, administrative or operational role, ideally within marketing, fundraising, communications or a related environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
- Confidence communicating and working with stakeholders across different teams and levels of seniority.
- Good numerical skills and experience supporting financial processes such as invoicing, purchase orders, expenditure tracking or budget administration.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records, plans and reports.
- A collaborative, proactive and dependable approach to work.
Desirable
- Experience working within a charity, nonprofit, marketing or fundraising environment.
- An interest in developing a long-term career in supporter marketing, fundraising or campaign management.
- Experience supporting integrated, direct marketing or regular giving campaigns.
- Familiarity with campaign reporting, performance data or test-and-learn activity.

The annual leave entitlement includes three designated days covering the organisation’s UK office closure between Christmas and New Year. These days are automatically scheduled and cannot be moved. Leave entitlement is accrued according to the employee’s start date, and the closure days may be unpaid or prorated where insufficient leave has been accrued.
