We're partnering with a growing consumer brand business looking for a Marketing Executive to take ownership of marketing activity across multiple brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, variety and the chance to make a real impact rather than being a small cog in a large marketing team.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys managing everything from social media and content creation through to email marketing, websites, events and campaigns.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing social media channels across multiple brands
- Creating engaging content and growing online communities
- Building and maintaining content calendars and marketing schedules
- Planning and delivering campaigns from concept to execution
- Creating email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Updating websites and digital content
- Supporting events, exhibitions and brand activations
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to help shape brand growth
- Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to increase engagement and reach

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a marketing, social media or digital marketing role
- Passion for beauty, haircare, fashion or lifestyle brands
- Experience managing social media channels and creating content
- Comfortable using scheduling and planning tools to organise campaigns and content calendars
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and brand consistency
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership and working autonomously
- Positive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in and support the wider team when needed
