We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Copywriter to help us shape how ustwo shows up in the market. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between formats, from sharp social copy and campaign headlines to long-form thought leadership and complex B2B case studies.
You will work closely with our Marketing Designer and Marketing Principal to ensure that words and visuals operate as a cohesive system. Your goal is to bring consistency, personality, and a clear point of view to everything we publish, ensuring our voice resonates with ambitious partners across our target verticals.
Strategy & Planning:
- In partnership with Marketing leadership, conceive and implement a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with ustwo’s brand, marketing goals, narrative priorities, and commercial growth needs.
- Collaborate with domain experts within the studio and marketing team to create engaging, value-driven content for a B2B audience.
- Support tests on LI and IG, taking advantage of new ad products and strategies.
Content Development:
- Writing and editing 10+ monthly pieces of content across campaigns, and ongoing marketing activity
- Creating copy for social (LinkedIn, Instagram), blog content, and thought leadership
- Developing both short-form and long-form content across owned, paid, and earned channels
- Supporting the creation of compelling case studies that clearly articulate the value and impact of our work
- Writing for ustwo.com, including high visibility environments such as the homepage and services pages
- Contributing to press, op-eds, and external-facing narratives
- Supporting new business efforts through pitch decks and supporting materials
- Ghostwriting for senior leaders where needed, translating their perspectives into clear, engaging content
- Collaborating closely with designers to bring ideas to life across formats
- Iterating quickly based on feedback and performance insights
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and strong editorial judgement across all outputs

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
