Location: West London (Office & Studio Based) Salary: £32k–£35k per annum (dependent on experience)
About Esska
Esska is an independent women’s footwear brand, designing stylish, comfortable shoes sold globally through our Shopify website and select retail partners.
We are a creative, fast-growing business with an in-house studio, producing photography, video content, and marketing campaigns. We’re looking for a talented and highly organised Marketing & Creative Executive to support our hands-on role, combining graphic design, content creation, video production, email marketing, social media management, and campaign planning.
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established team, benefitting from a comprehensive handover, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent training across all aspects of the position.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Campaign Management
- Maintain and manage the Esska marketing calendar
- Plan seasonal campaigns, launches, promotions, and content activity
- Coordinate delivery across email, social media, paid advertising, and website content
- Monitor performance and adapt activity as required
- Work closely with the wider business to ensure timely, high-standard campaign delivery
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Create and manage regular email campaigns (typically two per week)
- Plan, segment, design, build, and schedule campaigns within Klaviyo
- Analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Support the optimisation of customer journeys and automated flows
Paid Social Creative
- Collaborate with our paid media specialist to develop high-performing advertising assets
- Design static and video creatives for Meta campaigns
- Upload and manage creative assets across Meta platforms
- Manage Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) and support product feed activity
- Utilise feed management tools for campaign messaging and creative variations

Social Media, Content & Video Creation
- Manage and grow Esska’s Instagram presence, maintaining a cohesive and engaging feed
- Create, film, edit, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and paid ad channels
- Reels, stories, product videos, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign assets
- Repurpose content across channels and formats
- Monitor trends to identify new content opportunities
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators for branded and user-generated content
Website Content & Merchandising
- Update homepage banners, promotional graphics, and seasonal content
- Refresh website content to support campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Assist with website merchandising and visual presentation in Shopify
- Ensure brand consistency across all website touchpoints
Photoshoots & Creative Production
- Support the planning and delivery of seasonal lifestyle shoots
- Source and coordinate models, photographers, stylists, and locations
- Create photography, video, and behind-the-scenes content for marketing channels
- Ensure creative assets are delivered on time and align with campaign objectives
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills, including retouching, colour correction, and image manipulation
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating commercial work
- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
- Experience creating short-form video content for social media and paid advertising
- Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform
- In-depth knowledge of Instagram and social media best practices
- Ability to shoot and edit content using both professional cameras and smartphones
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong written and visual communication skills

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom proficiency
- Shopify experience
- Experience with Meta advertising platforms
- Experience managing Dynamic Product Ads (DPA)
- Photoshoot coordination and creative production experience
- TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content creation
- Basic animation/motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
- Experience in fashion, footwear, beauty, or lifestyle brands
