About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or career changers who are passionate about data, marketing, and problem-solving. No prior professional experience is required—we provide training and mentorship to help you succeed.
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will support marketing teams by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize marketing data from multiple sources.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Create dashboards and reports using spreadsheets and BI tools.
- Analyze customer behavior, website traffic, and campaign metrics.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve marketing performance.
- Assist in tracking KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, CTR, CPC, and customer acquisition.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and business teams to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain marketing databases.
- Prepare presentations and summaries of analytical findings.
- Stay updated with digital marketing and data analytics best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Strong numerical and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads is a plus.
- Personal projects, academic assignments, internships, or certifications in data analytics or digital marketing are welcome.
