About the Role
This position is with a UK-based partner company managing applications and next steps on behalf of their client. They are seeking a Marketing Design & Ad Specialist to blend creative design with performance marketing, supporting a fast-moving consumer brand in the natural and organic products sector.
You’ll work at the intersection of design, media buying, and growth marketing, requiring a balance of artistic sensibility and analytical thinker. The role involves crafting engaging visuals for digital campaigns while ensuring advertising efforts deliver measurable results. Ownership in creative direction, campaign execution, and continuous optimization is key, with an especially focus on driving brand growth and sales.
An ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, agile, and team-driven environment, turning ideas into high-performing visuals that align with performance and commercial goals.
Accountabilities
Creative & Campaign Execution
- Design high-quality static and video creatives for:
- Paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Organic social media campaigns
- Develop and refine visual assets for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and performance goals.
Paid Media & Performance Optimization
- Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve:
- Engagement metrics
- Conversion rates
- Provide data-driven insights to improve ROI, audience reach, and bottom-line impact.

Collaborative & Support Roles
- Work with internal teams to define priorities, budgets, and creative direction.
- Support creation of marketing materials, including:
- Presentations
- Sales collateral
- Product listings for digital channels
Requirements
Essential
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Digital marketing
- Content creation
- Social media or paid media management
- Strong graphic design skills, proficient in:
- Static visuals (e.g., ads, graphics)
- Video-based content
- Proficiency in managing paid campaigns across:
- Meta
- TikTok
- Understanding of performance marketing principles, with experience in data-driven optimization.
- Ability to balance creativity and analytics to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills for a remote work environment.
Preferred
- Professional experience with consumer brands, e-commerce, or CPG products.
