Marketing Design & Ad Specialist
Marketing Design & Ad Specialist United Kingdom | Full-Time
This role blends creative design and performance marketing, supporting a fast-moving consumer brand in the natural and organic products space. The position sits at the intersection of design, media buying, and growth marketing, requiring both artistic sensibility and analytical thinking.
You will create engaging assets for paid and organic campaigns while continuously optimizing performance across major advertising platforms. The environment is collaborative, agile, and highly hands-on, with strong ownership over creative direction and campaign execution. This is an opportunity for a marketer who enjoys turning ideas into high-performing visuals that directly impact brand growth and sales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
