Marketing Director
Marketing Director - High-End Restaurant Group
Location: London | Salary: Highly competitive
Thesleff Group is seeking an exceptional Marketing Director to join our growing Marketing & Creative Team.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role will see the successful candidate bring marketing strategy to life across one of London’s most exciting luxury hospitality groups. This is an opportunity to shape campaigns that captivate attention, build desire, and drive commercial performance across a portfolio of award-winning restaurants, bars, and lifestyle brands.
Working closely with the CMO and senior leadership, the Marketing Director will oversee brand campaigns, creative activations, guest engagement initiatives, and commercial marketing strategies to solidify Thesleff Group’s position as one of London’s leading hospitality brands.

As Marketing Director, the successful candidate will:
- Lead the day-to-day marketing execution across the Thesleff Group portfolio, ensuring campaigns reflect premium brand positioning while delivering measurable commercial results.
- Collaborate with Creative, PR, Social Media, Operations, Reservations, and venue leadership teams to design high-impact campaigns that:
- Increase awareness, reservations, and guest loyalty.
- Drive private dining, events, and revenue growth.
- Ensure exceptional brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple premium hospitality brands.
- Translate brand strategy into engaging guest-facing campaigns and activations.
- Lead annual, quarterly, and seasonal marketing planning.
- Develop commercial strategies that directly improve reservations, events, and revenue.
- Oversee execution across digital, social media, PR, CRM, and partnerships.
- Identify and capitalise on local marketing opportunities with venue leadership.
- Foster influencer partnerships, VIP experiences, and brand collaborations.
- Analyse campaign performance, leveraging data for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop the marketing team.
About You
We’re searching for an experienced Marketing Director whose blend of creativity and commercial acumen aligns with our passion for hospitality, luxury, and lifestyle brands.
Ideal Candidate
- Senior Marketing Leadership experience in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Hands-on experience in multi-site or multi-brand marketing.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, public relations, CRM, and brand management.
- Proven skills in campaign planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Outstanding ability to balance communication, leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- A genuine passion for restaurants, culture, design, and guest experience.
