WINT Water Intelligence
WINT Water Intelligence is redefining enterprise water management with an AI-powered platform for real-time monitoring, leak detection, and automated shutoff. As we accelerate growth across EMEA and beyond - spanning construction, commercial real estate, hospitality, data centers, and municipal markets - we are looking for a Director of Marketing to drive brand awareness and establish WINT as the global leader in water management.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will personally own and execute WINT’s marketing across brand, demand generation, channel, digital, and content - with the support of external agencies and freelancers where needed, but with direct accountability for doing the work yourself. You are not here to manage a team; you are here to build one of the most impactful marketing functions in the water technology space, from the ground up.
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives with autonomy, brings a builder’s mindset, and uses AI and automation tools as a force multiplier to achieve outsized results with lean resources. This role is a clear path to VP for the right person, as WINT’s team and ambitions grow.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Awareness & Market Positioning
- Personally develop and execute multi-channel brand awareness campaigns that build WINT’s visibility across target verticals: construction, commercial real estate, hospitality, data centers, and facilities management.
- Write and produce thought leadership content - articles, white papers, LinkedIn posts, and executive narratives - that positions WINT as the category leader in AI-powered water management.
- Own WINT’s presence at UK and EMEA industry events: identify the right shows, prepare materials, attend and represent the brand on the ground.
- Build relationships with UK and European trade press, secure media placements, and manage PR activity - whether directly or in close collaboration with a PR agency.
- Craft and maintain vertical-specific messaging frameworks, ensuring consistent and compelling positioning across all channels and audiences.
Channel Partner Marketing
- Directly build and execute a channel marketing programme that equips WINT’s resellers, distributors, system integrators, and technology partners to generate awareness and pipeline.
- Personally create co-branded assets, partner toolkits, and campaign materials - not just brief agencies, but roll up your sleeves and produce them.
- Engage with channel partners hands-on: deliver training sessions, run joint campaigns, and support partners in articulating WINT’s value proposition in their own markets.
- Track channel-sourced pipeline and partner marketing ROI, and iterate the programme based on what is working.
- Proactively identify and activate new channel partnership opportunities that expand WINT’s reach across the UK and EMEA.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

AI-Powered Demand Generation & Lead Pipeline
- Design and personally operate an AI-driven demand generation engine that delivers qualified leads to the Sales and channel teams.
- Directly use AI and automation tools - such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot AI, 6sense, and Bombora - to build prospecting workflows, enrich lead data, automate outreach sequences, and identify high-intent accounts.
- Build and execute ABM campaigns targeting priority enterprise accounts, writing the copy, configuring the sequences, and managing the campaigns end-to-end.
- Own top-of-funnel KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and cost per qualified lead. Report on these regularly and optimize based on results.
AI-Enabled Content & Digital Marketing
- Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to produce high-quality content at scale - blog posts, case studies, email sequences, social copy, and ad creative - without sacrificing quality or brand voice.
- Personally manage WINT’s UK/EMEA digital presence: website updates, SEO/SEM, paid media campaigns, LinkedIn, and email marketing - using AI tools to maximize output and efficiency.
- Use AI-powered SEO tools (Surfer SEO, Clearscope) to build domain authority and rank for high-intent keywords in target markets.
- Continuously identify and adopt new AI capabilities to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive advantage in speed and personalization.
Sales Enablement
- Directly produce sales enablement materials: pitch decks, ROI calculators, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and vertical-specific case studies.
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand what is and isn’t working in the field, and translate those insights into better content and messaging.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all sales channels, partner communications, and customer-facing materials.
Metrics & Reporting
- Own a clear metrics framework covering brand awareness (share of voice, website traffic, social reach), demand generation (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline), and channel performance (partner-attributed revenue).
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards; deliver concise, insight-led reporting to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
- Take a rigorous, data-driven approach to budget allocation - doubling down on what works and cutting what doesn’t.
