Role Description
The Marketing Director role is a part-time, on-site position based in Bracknell. The individual in this role will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that promote EES Group’s renewable energy solutions and strengthen brand positioning in target markets. Daily responsibilities include:
- Leading market planning initiatives
- Analysing market trends
- Coordinating market research efforts
- Aligning marketing activities with sales objectives and business growth targets

The Marketing Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage marketing budgets and timelines, and ensure consistent messaging across digital and offline channels. This role also involves:
- Monitoring campaign performance
- Preparing reports for senior leadership
- Identifying new opportunities to expand EES Group’s presence within the sustainable energy sector
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management, with experience leading strategic campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Strong background in Market Planning and Market Research, including the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven Sales and commercial acumen, with experience aligning marketing activities to revenue growth and client acquisition objectives.
- Experience in the renewable energy, sustainability, or technology sector is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bracknell, manage multiple priorities in a part-time schedule, and make data-informed decisions.

- Strategic Marketing Leadership — Proven experience leading marketing at a senior level within B2B or technical industries.
- Sector Knowledge — Experience in energy, electrical services, construction, or related technical sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
- Demonstrable success in building and scaling marketing functions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, multi-division organization.
