Our client is a high-growth, private equity-backed organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and expansion. They are seeking an exceptional Marketing Director to lead the marketing function, elevate brand and digital capability, and drive sustainable commercial growth.

This is a pivotal leadership appointment with significant influence across the business. Reporting into the executive team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a marketing strategy that strengthens market position, builds a distinctive and highly effective brand, accelerates demand generation, and enhances customer engagement across the full lifecycle.

Whilst this is fundamentally a B2B environment, we are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have developed and scaled recognised brands within either B2B or large-scale B2C organisations and can demonstrate the commercial impact of brand-led marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the UK marketing function, ensuring it is aligned to ambitious growth objectives.
  • Define and deliver a market-leading brand strategy that strengthens awareness, differentiation, and customer preference.
  • Drive brand transformation initiatives, ensuring a consistent and compelling customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute a scalable demand generation strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue performance.
  • Enhance digital marketing effectiveness across all relevant channels, leveraging data and insight to optimise ROI.
  • Build customer journey strategies that improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Executive stakeholders to deliver integrated commercial outcomes.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering both strategic thinking and operational excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
