Job Description Would you like to shape how one of the world's most loved brands comes to life across more than 13 million guest visits annually, leading the global LEGOLAND marketing agenda? Then bring your passion and drive to deliver the most epic and immersive LEGO® brand experiences for families with children 2-12 visiting the LEGOLAND® parks. Champion marketing innovation and bring FUN and PLAY to the millions of guests across the world.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint marketing strategy driving brand and business objectives across The LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments
- Champion marketing innovation and ecosystem integration. Drive marketing effectiveness
- Develop global go-to-market strategy and activation plans that are aligned with overall LEGO priorities and Merlin ambitions
- Informal team lead responsible for marketing team tasks, priorities and Ways of Working
- Drive consistent and connected brand experiences across the LEGO brand and LEGOLAND brand
- Own and lead the integration of key franchises/audiences/passion points and ensure they are brought to life in parks in a consistent and connected way
- Be the point of contact for global, regional and local Merlin marketing teams and support their marketing planning across owned, earned, shared and paid channels
- Represent Merlin Entertainments towards the wider LEGO organization and global marketing teams. Help unleash the full potential of the parks and discovery centers within the wider LEGO ecosystem

The LEGOLAND Parks and Experience team is a part of LEGO Holding division in The LEGO Group and supports the LEGO mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow. Our overall responsibility is to drive the strategic partnership between The LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments. Our purpose is to leverage synergies and create consistent and connected experiences across LEGOLAND parks and The LEGO Group. Our mission is to deliver fun and immersive experiences that are on an epic scale and sparking a lifetime of play, creativity and imagination. In this role you will be a part of the team responsible for Brand, marketing and innovation within LEGO Brand Parks and Experience team.

Merlin Entertainments Group is the second largest theme park operator in the world. Their portfolio includes 11 LEGOLAND Parks, 15 LEGOLAND Hotels & villages and 4 LEGOLAND Water Parks with more than 13 million guests a year.
Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive experience managing a top tier global brand/IP
- Strong strategic, marketing and brand skills with strong proven record of building brands and communication strategies
- Experience in working in a global company and across markets and cultures
- Strong digital experience
- Strong understanding of the Location Based Entertainment space
- Proficient in English
- Collaborative with demonstrated ability to navigate a sophisticated people network and cultures
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team player and high degree of personal integrity
- Able to work effectively and autonomously
